  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, but generally take between 3-7 business days for domestic orders.

  • International shipping times may vary, depending on the destination country.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 120 within the country.

  • A flat shipping rate will apply for orders below Rs. 120, and this will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

  • For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all locations within Pakistan and select international destinations.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Stovage is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your item is damaged during shipment or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Photographs of the damaged products or packaging will be required for a successful claim.
